Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase is required.

  2. Sale Item Returns

    Sale items are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs for sale items are non-refundable.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns on personalized products, custom-made items, intimate apparel, swimwear, perishable goods, downloadable software, digital products, or gift cards.

  4. Initiating a Return

    Log into your account to select items for return. Choose a reason and print the provided return label.

  5. Packaging Returns

    Use original packaging when possible. Include all accessories and free gifts received with the product.

  6. Shipping Returns

    Attach the return label to your package. Drop off the package at the specified carrier location.

  7. Refund Process

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive the return. We’ll notify you by email when your refund is processed.

  8. Exchanges

    For a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order for faster processing.

  9. Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  10. Damaged or Defective Items

    Report these within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.

  11. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check your bank account again. Contact your bank if the refund is missing. If unresolved, contact our customer service.

  12. Gift Returns

    Items marked as gifts at purchase will receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

  13. Partial Refunds

    We may issue partial refunds for items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use.

  14. Large Item Returns

    A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large appliances or furniture.

  15. Holiday Returns

    We may offer extended return periods during holiday seasons.

  16. Brand-Specific Policies

    Special return conditions may apply to items from specific brands or categories.

  17. Right to Refuse Returns

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.
