Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days. Free for orders over $50, $5.99 for orders under $50.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days. Cost: $12.99 for all orders.
Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery next business day. Cost: $24.99 for all orders. Must be ordered before 2 PM EST for same-day processing. -
International Shipping
Available to over 100 countries. Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on destination. Costs vary based on package weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or size.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your order on our website using your order number and email address.

Delivery Issues
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact our customer service within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, contact us if tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days past the estimated delivery date.

All orders over $100 are automatically insured. Insurance for orders under $100 can be purchased at checkout for a fee of $3.99.

Order cut-off dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our website. During peak seasons, please allow extra time for delivery.
